INGREDIENTS

300g pumpkin, 2 tablespoons onion, chopped, 1 garlic clove, 50ml milk, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon natto powder classic, 1 tablespoon fresh cheese, Salt, oregano

PREPARATION
  1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces, add water, and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it is soft, blend the pumpkin to a smooth consistency.
  3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Melt the butter, add onion and garlic. Stir to combine and cook until onion is translucent.
  5. Add the pumpkin paste and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
